Dwight Musser was a pioneer working in the late 1950s and early 1960s especially with notgeld and other kinds of notes aimed at getting collectors interested.
Dwight also wrote a number of helpful books (Notgeld Newsletter, etc.). Today he lives in West Virginia and is still interested in helping collectors, offering copies of his earlier works. Before the IBNS had been established, Dwight was running the World Paper Money Club with a world-wide membership. In the early 1960s, Dwight had published books on the currencies of Germany, the Baltic States and Japanese Invasion Money, as well as a collector’s guidebook.
